About this site

Fundspoke is a Canadian funding advisory firm. Our website provides information about our services, our team, and funding programs we cover. It does not, by itself, create an advisor-client relationship. Engagements with Fundspoke are governed by separate written agreements.

Permitted use

You may view and download content from this site for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute material from the site without our written permission.
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data beyond standard search-engine indexing.

Internal applications and integrations

Fundspoke operates internal software that connects to authorized third-party services (for example, Intuit QuickBooks Online) for the purpose of running our own business. Those internal applications are not offered to the public. They are used by Fundspoke personnel under the connected account holder’s authorization. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundspoke and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
